HOW DOES THIS WEEKLY REWARD SYSTEM WORK?

To get a weekly reward for PvP activities you need to earn a certain amount of honor from rated PvP like arena or RBG.
Earning 1'250 Rated Honor gives you one weekly reward option.
Earning 2'500 Rated Honor gives you two options, and earning 6'250 gives you three.

WHAT ARE THOSE REWARD OPTIONS?

In Shadowlands you get only 1 item from the weekly chest, but you can increase the number of items you choose your weekly reward from.
So the more weekly objectives you complete, the wider your choice is.

DOES THAT MEAN THAT CONQUEST DOESN'T MATTER NOW?

No, it still does, but in a different way.
