Full Refund

• You cancelled before we made visible progress on your order, or the service didn't match its description ✅
• We were unable to complete your order as requested ✅

Partial Refund

• You cancelled after we had already started working on your order. In this case, we'll calculate a fair refund based on the remaining progress.
  
  

How refunds are processed

At Armada when you request a refund, you'll get back more than you paid. All refunds are issued as store credit with a 10% bonus on top, added instantly to your account.
