Refund policy

ArmadaBoost allows refunds: it’s possible to request it whenever you think you need one. However, it’s not always possible to get a full refund. Let’s take a closer look at what to expect.

You can request Full refund if

  • You decided to cancel the order before we made visible progress on it or if the service provided doesn't match its description.
  • We informed you that we can’t complete the order in the way you ordered it.

You can request Partial refund if

  • You decided to cancel the order after we started working on it. If we have already started working on your order, we’ll have to pay our employees for the progress made.

By default, all refunds are processed as bonus points credited to your personal account on our website. At the time of refund, you will receive a 10% bonus on top of your refunded amount. These points can then be used to reduce the price of future purchases.

However, you have the right to decline the bonuses if you prefer a refund to your original payment method instead. Simply let us know via chat or email, and we will process your refund accordingly.
