Refund policy

Armada Boost allows refunds: it’s possible to request it whenever you think you need one. However, it’s not always possible to get a full refund. Let’s take a closer look at what to expect.

You can request full refund if

  • You decided to cancel the order before we started working on it
  • We informed you that we can’t complete the order in the way you ordered it

You can request partial refund if

  • You decided to cancel the order after we started working on it. If we have already started working on your order, we’ll have to pay our employees for the time they’ve spent.

To request a refund, message us in any way you prefer (find the list of our contacts here). We will confirm the refund by messaging back to you using the same contact method.

Please note that we can’t give you the exact time of the arrival of funds back to your account. It usually depends on the payment system you’ve used for the purchase. We’ll send the money back to you within 2 business days and after we’ve sent it there’s nothing we can do to speed it all up.
