Twisting Blades Rogue build in Diablo 4

Twisting Blades rogue is one of the most powerful rogue builds in these early days of Diablo 4. It's not the easiest one so if you want to just slaughter some demons without much effort, this might not be your best pick. However, if you're all for some exciting and thrilling action, this option might match your idea of fun really well. Anyway, if you have a rogue champion, you gotta at least try this build once and see for yourself if it hits the spot for you.

Twisting Blade is the core ability of this build and it's what you'll use most of the time when playing it. This ability consists of 2 parts: first you launch the blade, then after a short delay the blade comes back to you dealing damage to everything in its way. As you might have already guessed, positioning is key here. Moving around the area while using Twisting Blades is how you maximize your damage, so you gotta dust off your mobility skills like Dash, Shadow Step, and Evade. 

Another great thing about Twisting Blades is that with theAdvanced Twisting Blades upgrade they can help you greatly reduce cooldowns on all your skills and thus increase your combat speed significantly. It works like this: each enemy that your twisting blade hits on its way back to you, reduced your cooldowns by 0.1 sec, up to 2 sec max. To reach the cap, you need to hit 20 enemies which is quite a lot. But hitting 10 of them to achieve 1 sec CD reduction is way more doable and you're likely to do that quite often with this build.

The final part of this build is the specialization choice. We're going to need the Inner Sight for this build. It's great for maintaining your resource at the required level but it has its own peculiarities. The most important one, is the Inner Sight mark that appears over a random enemy. If you hit that enemy, you'll get a resource boost. Sometimes you gotta choose between maximizing your damage dealt to enemies nearby and restoring some resources if you're low on them. It might seem like something hard to calculate but with time you'll get used to assessing your current situation effectively and your choices will be made fast and correctly.
