What champions are eligible for the Hel Ra Citadel boost?

You don't have to have any particular DLCs or even ESO Plus subscription to enter this trial. However, your champion should have at least 160 champion points to be eligible for the run. If you haven't achieved that amount yet, don't worry – get in touch with us to learn how to do it fast.

What boss encounters will we participate in?

There are 4 boss encounters that we'll take part in. It starts with Ra Kotu, continues with Yokeda Kai, then with Tokeda Rok'dun, and ends up with the so-called Warrior, a corrupted celestial who's in charge of the Anka-Ra army in the citadel. Needless to say, none of them will survive our raid.

What armor sets can I get in Hel Ra Citadel?

There are 3 armor sets unique to the Hel Ra Citadel trial and 3 armor sets that are shared among Hel Ra Citadel, Aetherian Archive, and Sanctum Ophidia – the old school trio of classic trials, so to speak. The unique armor sets are: Berserking Warrior (heavy armor), Poisonous Serpent (medium), and Destructive Mage (light). The sets are quite peculiar: for example, Berserking Warrior is damage-focused, not protection-focused as it's often the case with heavy armor. You get various crit chance and weapon / spell damage bonuses with it. The Poisonous Serpent medium armor set gets you maximum stamina and weapon / spell damage increases, as well as enhances your light and heavy attacks and poisons. And finally, Destructive Mage adds your champion max magicka, critical hit chance, weapon- and spell damage, and an interesting bomb effect to your heavy attacks. So it's definitely aimed at light-wearing DPS characters.

The shared 3 sets are: Eternal Warrior (heavy), Vicious Serpent (medium), and Infallible Mage (light). They are quite basic in their bonuses: Eternal Warrior is for tanks, Vicious Serpent is for bruisers, and Infallible Mage is somewhat similar to Destructive Mage but with slightly different bonuses.

What cosmetic rewards can I get in Hel Ra Citadel?

You can find some old school trial rewards in Hel Ra Citadel, including 2 dies and 1 title. The first dye is "Warrior's Steel" and it's awarded for defeating the last boss of the trial at either difficulty. The other dye is "Dragonstar Red" and you can get it for completing a speed-run at any difficulty (33 minutes time limit). And finally, the title "Shehai Shatterer" is given for dealing with the last boss (the Warrior) in the Veteran mode.
