How to unlock Peacekeeper quests in Escape from Tarkov
Escape from Tarkov has numerous traders who give valuable quests to players. One of them is Peacekeeper and to start doing business with him, you need to make some preparations first. In this short & sweet blog post we'll tell you all you need to know to unlock this trader's missions.
Are Peacekeeper's quests worth unlocking?
Without having access to Peackeeper's quests you won't be able to raise your loyalty with him. That means that you'll be missing on top-tier NATO weapons and gear. He has a lot of them in store and with each loyalty level you get an opportunity to buy a solid bunch of gizmos of all sorts from him.
Also, high loyalty levels with Peacekeeper are required for certain meta quests like "Perfect mediator". Besides, this man's tasks pay really well – and in dollars, which is even more important! Consider him to be one of your best sources of hard currency.
Get the right level for the task!
As you'll learn below, you can't just start unlocking the Peacekeeper's quests with a 1 level character. There are certain level requirements that you must meet in order to accept prerequisite quests. How do you unlock Peacekeeper's quests in EFT?
While you need to do some preliminary activities to unlock Peacekeeper's missions, don't expect it to be as lengthy as it is the case with the Lightkeeper. In total, you'll need to have 4 quests completed – all of them given by the Skier:

Actually the best way to get that many dollars is by selling roubles. Roubles are much easier to get hold of and you can just exchange them to dollars – that's what Peacekeeper can help you with even before you get access to his quests. So just collect whatever junk you can, sell it, and then convert your money to USD.
The previous 3 quests are nothing special. The first 2 are very simple and a regular player is likely to complete them without even knowing that they lead to unlocking Peacekeeper's quests. The first part of "Friend from the West", however, requires a bit more effort but again, you'll deal with it in no time as a USEC PMC is not an endangered species and can be easily found around Tarkov and shot.
