League Classic went live with Patch 26.15 and rebuilt the Rift as it looked in Season 3: 60 champions on their pre-rework kits, the old item shop, and the legacy rune and mastery systems. It is not a separate client or private server. It runs as a Featured Game Mode inside the Riot Client you already have, so there is no second download or account.
