HOW SOON DO WE START?

We have around 10 raids every day, running every hour starting from 5 pm EST for US region and from 6 pm CET for EU region. Message us before or after the purchase, and we surely will find a time slot that suits you most.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Usually it takes about 2-3 hours to complete the raid.

WHAT ARE THESE LOOT MODES?

There are 3 types of loot modes: group loot, armor type priority and big boss. The former one is default. By choosing a loot mode, you choose whether you'll get the loot dropped from bosses with a priority or not. Let's take a closer look at each of them.

Group loot: you roll for items along with other raid members. If you're lucky, you get the item. If you don't win a roll, you don't get the item. There's no guarantee for that with the group loot. However, you're free to roll for any item that drops as long as it fits your class and spec – there's no limit to that. On average, players get up to 2 items with the group loot – but note that there's no guarantee that you will get at least one during the run (you will however get a guaranteed item from the great vault after the reset). So if you want to have a cheaper run and you don't mind testing your luck, this option might be your best choice.

Armor type priority: with this option we'll make sure to minimise the number of players of your armor type that want to get armor pieces and tokens from the raid. There will also be 10 unsaved players in the team for more loot. Thus you will have an advantage when it comes to getting items of your armor type and relevant tokens. For example, you're a mage and a cloth helmet drops from a boss or a token that can be redeemed for the current tier's cloth helmet. With this loot option you won't have to compete with anyone to decide who gets the item – you will just get it and that's it. However, note that this option gives you this kind of advantage ONLY with armor pieces and tokens. That doesn't include weapons, trinkets, rings, neck, and back (cloak).

Big Boss loot run: with this option you get into a raid under the same conditions as with the Armor type priority with at least 10+ unsaved raiders for better loot chances, but instead of just armory + tokens, you get priority on ALL items in the raid suitable for your class with no exceptions. It's almost like you own the raid, like you are the boss.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Loot guarantee: with these options we guarantee that you will get the chosen amount of unique suitable for your class/spec items from the raid. They can't be duplicate (you can't get 2 shields or 2 legs), so it's a perfection way to secure some great outcome! Please note that loot depends on RNG, so an additional run (we will do it for free) might be required to fulfill the guarantee.

M+15 run: with this option you are getting a mythic plus 15 dungeon carry (untimed) after or before the raid. You can choose a specific dungeon, time and we can even do the M+15 run for a different character than the one you joining the raid with. Additional loot traders for the dungeon and timer guarantee can be added upon request as well.

Priority start: with this option you are guaranteed to get the nearest available spot without any queues.

Invite a friend: with this option you can invite a friend to share your raid experience and great loot. They will have the same loot mode as you. Please note that any additional options (loot guarantee, M+15) will be bound to your character only.

WHAT ILVL SHOULD I EXPECT?

First 4 bosses drop loot of 389 ilvl. The final bosses of the wings (Dathea and Kurog Grimtotem) drop 395 ilvl gear. And the last 2 bosses of the raid (Diurna and Raszegeth) drops 398 ilvl items.

DO I HAVE TO SHARE MY ACCOUNT?

Up to you.
If you don't have enough time to control your character yourself, you can leave that to us.
By default the boost is done without account sharing – to change that, contact us.

How do I buy?

First, you find the service you need in our catalog: you can either navigate our categories or use the search box. After that you select all the options you need (you can always consult us to learn more about them) and add the product to the shopping cart.

How long does it take to refund money?

After we've sent the money, everything depends on your bank. Different banks complete transactions at different speed, so you might consider asking your bank's representative about the estimated delivery time.
