WHAT ARE THESE ACHIEVEMENTS?

To get the mount you need the Flawless Master achievement. It consists of 6 minor achievements: flawless compeltions in Mort'regar, the Upper Reaches, Soulforges, Skoldus Hall, Coldheart Interstitia, and Fracture Chambers.
If you have done some of these and you only have several achievements left, just choose the remaining ones in the first option.
However, if you haven't started with these achievements yet and you need to have all of them done – just choose the discounted option for All the Achievements (below the first option).
