WHAT ILVL DOES JAILER LOOT HAVE?

It depends on the chosen difficulty. It's Normal it's 285 ilvl, in Heroic it's 297 ilvl, in Mythic it's 311 ilvl.

WHAT'S FATED RAID AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT?

Fated raid in an upgraded version of any of the 3 Shadowlands raids: Castle Nathria, Sanctum of Domination, and Sepulcher of the First Ones. Fated raids have higher difficulty and better rewards.

DO I HAVE TO SHARE MY ACCOUNT?

Up to you.
If you don't have enough time to control your character yourself, you can leave that to us.
By default the boost is done without account sharing – to change that choose the respective option. 

SELFPLAY vs ACCOUNT SHARING

Selfplay allows you to control your character throughout the raid run. You get first-hand experience and learn from our pros.

Account sharing involves letting our pro control your character during the raid run. For that we'll need your account details to log in. Thus you save lots of time and effort while we do all the work for you. You just log back in to collect the rewards. This is a default option.

HOW SOON DO WE START?

Normally we start our orders within 15-20 minutes. The raid, however, will require a bit more planning, because the start time depends on a precise schedule, just like trains in real life. Feel free to message us to get a list of available raid time slots.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Usually it takes about 3 hours to complete the raid.

Jailer Kill boost is your smart way to defeat the biggest Shadowlands villain and receive great rewards. WHAT DOES THE JAILER KILL CARRIES INCLUDE?

We get your character right to the final boss and defeat it. You won't have to go through the entire Sepulcher of the First Ones with us – you'll only join to fight Zovaal. You can play your character yourself or you can let us do it. For example, if you don't have enough spare time to take part in the raid personally, we'll always find a pro player to do that for you. Don't worry about your account's safety: our pros have good reputation, there's little sense for them to do something bad to your characters.

As for what you shoul do, there are no strict rules for that. You can deal damage to the boss or not – our pros are used to killing the Jailer with several players being inactive, so your participation is absolutely optional.

As the boss is defeated, you might receive some items via personal loot. If you feel like getting more items after the kill, you can request loot trading: our players will pass the swag they've received to you. But that's an extra option and you should message us in advance to activate it.
