What is the Customs raid in EFT?

The Customs are a raid map that was the second zone of this kind added to Escape from Tarkov. The average time of completion for regular teams is about 40 minutes, pro teams can finish it eve faster than that. It takes 10 to 12 players to play it. The hostile fauna of Tarkov's Customs includes scavs, cultists, and several annoying bosses. The map has connections to the Interchange and the Factory and it's also a story mission that all players will end up visiting at some point.

By its concept, the Customs is a huge industrial area close to the city's factory. By exploring it, you'll stumble upon all kinds of buildings and facilities including proper customs (AKA terminal, fuel storages, dorms, offices, military checkpoints, scav camps, and so much more.

What bosses can I find in the Customs?

There are several bosses in the Customs that are not unique to this map and can also be found in the Woods and the Shoreline (at least). Such bosses are:

Cultist priest (roams between the Repair Shop and Warehouse 17)
the sweet trio of Big Pipe, Birdeye, and Knight (they hang around at the ZB-013 base)

There's also one boss that can't be found in the Woods and the Shoreline and that's Reshala. He can usually be found chilling near the dorms. This tough guy is accompanied by 4 fully-furnished goons and in his loot table he has a golden TT-33 pistol.

What extractions are there in the Customs?

If you're fond of extractions, you'll be happy to find plenty of them in the Customs. 24 extractions in total are enough to keep you entertained for pretty long. 7 of them are PMC exclusive, while 15 are for scavs only. The remaining 2 can be taken and completed by either side. Here are 5 example extractions with some information about each:
