How soon do we start?

We have around 10 raids every day, running every hour starting from 5 pm EST for US region and from 6 pm CET for EU region. Message us before or after the purchase, and we surely will find a time slot that suits you most.

How long will it take?

Usually it takes no longer than 3 hours to complete Nerubar Palace at the Heroic difficulty and no longer than 2 hours — at the Normal difficulty.

Can I have this bundle for more than 1 character?

Yes, you can use this bundle for more than one character. For example, you could have one run for your main character and another for your alt. It's up to you. If you have any questions, just let us know.

More about the loot options

• Group loot: you'll roll for items along with other raid members. Hence, you'll have to rely on your luck only to get any items.
• Group loot with 1 item guaranteed: you'll receive at least 1 item. If by the end of the run you still won't have it, we'll arrange another raid for you next week for free.
• Armor & Token priority (2-3 items per boss): Your raid team will have 10+ unsaved characters, and by the end, 16-24 items will drop. You’ll receive all armor of your type and class-appropriate tokens, but you’ll need to roll for weapons, cloaks, and jewelry (rings, necklaces, trinkets) with other players.
• Armor & Token priority (3-4 items per boss): Your raid team will have 14+ unsaved characters, and by the end, 32-40 items will drop. You’ll receive all armor of your type and class-appropriate tokens, but you’ll need to roll for weapons, cloaks, and jewelry (rings, necklaces, trinkets) with other players.
• Armor & Token priority (5-6 items per boss): Your raid team will have  26+ unsaved characters, and by the end, 40-48 items will drop. You’ll receive all armor of your type and class-appropriate tokens, but you’ll need to roll for weapons, cloaks, and jewelry (rings, necklaces, trinkets) with other players.
• Full loot priority (2-3 items per boss): Your raid team will have at least 10 unsaved characters, and 16-24 items will drop by the end. You’ll get all suitable equipment for your character, including armor, weapons, cloaks, and jewelry. You can also bring a friend or two to share any items you don’t need.
• Full loot priority (3-4 items per boss): Your raid team will have at least 14 unsaved characters, and 32-40 items will drop by the end. You’ll get all suitable equipment for your character, including armor, weapons, cloaks, and jewelry. You can also bring a friend or two to share any items you don’t need.
• Full loot priority (5-6 items per boss): Your raid team will have at least 26+ unsaved characters, and 40-48 items will drop by the end. You’ll get all suitable equipment for your character, including armor, weapons, cloaks, and jewelry. You can also bring a friend or two to share any items you don’t need.
