Refund policy

Armada Boost allows refunds: it’s possible to request it whenever you think you need one. However, it’s not always possible to get a full refund. Let’s take a closer look at what to expect.

You can request full refund if

  • You decided to cancel the order before we made visible progress on it, or if you're returning an account within 24 hours after delivery
  • We informed you that we can’t complete the order in the way you ordered it

You can request partial refund if

  • You decided to cancel the order after we started working on it. If we have already started working on your order, we’ll have to pay our employees for the progress made.

To request a refund, message us in any way you prefer. We will confirm the refund by messaging back to you using the same contact method.

Please note that we can’t give you the exact time of the arrival of funds back to your account. It usually depends on the payment system you’ve used for the purchase. Sometimes it is instant, but sometimes it take can several working days.
